Terms of Service

We hand-craft leather goods for motorcycles. Some items ship from stock; others are made to order to your specifications. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to describe items accurately, but color on screens will differ slightly from real leather.

If a listed price is obviously wrong (a typo, decimal error, or missing digit), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it at the mistake price.

Custom and made-to-order items — including Get-Back Whips with your selected colors and length, engraved pieces, and anything cut from a template you provide — are non-refundable once production begins. If the finished item doesn't fit correctly or has a workmanship defect, we'll rework it or remake it at no cost. Reach out to customercare@chilhoweemotorcycleleather.com within 30 days of delivery.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Placing an order authorizes the charge; if the payment is declined or reversed, the order is cancelled.

Stock items typically ship within 2 business days. Custom items ship per the lead time noted on each product page — usually 3–4 weeks. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number.

We ship internationally on request — email us for a quote before ordering. Customs, duties, VAT, and any import fees are the buyer's responsibility. See Shipping & Returns for full terms.

Stock items may be returned in unused condition within 30 days; buyer pays return shipping. Custom items are not returnable — see section 2.

All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and page copy — is owned by Chilhowee Motorcycle Leather or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for a commercial purpose without written consent.

Our leather is hand-crafted and inspected before shipping. We warrant it against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, or exposure to conditions outside typical motorcycle use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Changes apply only to orders placed after the change goes live.
